As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through Just For You Florist for delivery in the United States on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied we will do everything we can to rectify the situation by either sending a replacement or refunding you for the item purchased. All you need to do is notify us directly within 7 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person or email us.
